Your right to cancel an order

In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for no reason, up to 14 days after you have received your goods. You have a further 14 days to send your order back to us.

On returning your order, please ensure that you obtain a “proof of postage” receipt as this will be required as proof in the unlikely event that we did not receive your parcel. You are responsible for the return postage cost. When we receive your returned parcel, we will refund you the original price of the goods and the cost of the standard outbound delivery to you, within 14 days to your original method of payment.

Faulty / Damaged Items

If you order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know by emailing hello@beautifullyhandcrafted.com or by clicking here with your order number and nature of fault. We will happily replace or refund your order at no additional cost to you.

 

Personalised orders

If you have order is personalised the statutory cancellation right does not apply and no refund will be offered unless your product is faulty. Paying by Credit / Debit / PayPal / Apple Pay

You can purchase items through our website using a variety of payment methods. We use Stripe to process your orders. Further information on payment processing can be found by clicking here. We do not accept cash or cheque for online orders.

Credit/debit card details are never stored on our server and are handled securely by our payment processers Stripe who is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
